Meet the Doctors
“My commitment is to treat every patient with the care and compassion I do with my own family”
Dr. Todd W. Spilker was raised on a farm just south of Clay Center, KS, and is a proud graduate of Kansas State University. During his college years, he developed a deep interest in healthy living and exercise, which ultimately led him to pursue chiropractic care. After completing his degree at KSU, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, graduating in 1994.
Affectionately known as “Dr. Todd,” he has practiced Activator Methods Chiropractic for over 30 years — the past 20 of those in Wamego, KS. Thanks to a strong referral network of patients and physicians alike, demand for this gentle, precise style of adjusting has grown significantly over time.
In response to this growth, Dr. Todd began seeking a doctor who shared his values, approach, and passion for patient care. He is proud to welcome Dr. Grady Goff to the Complete Care Chiropractic family as of Fall 2024.
Dr. Grady Goff was raised in Manhattan, KS, and graduated from Riley County High School, where he was first introduced to the benefits of chiropractic care while playing sports. He continued his athletic career at Emporia State University as a decathlete on the track and field team, earning his degree in Exercise Science.
Dr. Grady went on to attend Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2019, he opened his first practice in Wichita, KS, where he built a thriving patient base.
“I grew a great practice in Wichita,” Dr. Grady shares, “but I found myself spending most of my time outside the office back in the Manhattan area with family. I eventually realized I wanted to be closer to home. I had heard of Dr. Todd and his successful practice, and when I learned he was looking to add another doctor, I knew it could be a great fit. Complete Care Chiropractic gives me the opportunity to keep learning, refine my skills, and use a style of adjusting that’s both effective for patients and easier on my own body.”
Dr. Grady is an avid K-State fan, enjoys bowfishing, and is currently learning to golf.
I love that I have a bunch of family and friends in the area so I can always find something to do or someone to watch K-State sports with.
